- International Shipping: We ship internationally, with costs varying by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over £75 within UK. However for international orders customer has to pay the shipping and other custom charges.
Dispatch Times:
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking:
All shipments come with tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Verification
All orders require a signature on delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
Return Period:
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Certain items, such as custom-made or altered products, may not be eligible for returns.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@vintagereworx.com to receive a return authorization.
Include your order number and reason for return in the communication.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We recommend using a tracked service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
- Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded
Exchange Policy

Since each item is unique, it is unlikely that you will find the same item in a different size or style. However, we do offer the option to exchange your purchase for another item of equal value from London Vintage (5 Cheshire Street, E2 6ED)
Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected before processing your refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
