What is your shipping policy? 

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs: 

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. 
  • Express Shipping (Next Day Delivery): Available for an additional fee, usually delivering within 1-2 business days and next day delivery if ordered before 1pm. 
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally, with costs varying by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. 

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £75 within UK.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and with all original tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Yes, our garments may have minor imperfections due to their age and the nature of recycled materials. We embrace these characteristics as part of the charm of vintage clothing. Each item is inspected and graded to provide you with an accurate description of its condition.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? 

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Since each item is unique, it is unlikely that you will find the same item in a different size or style. However, we do offer the option to exchange your purchase for another item of equal value from London Vintage (5 Cheshire Street, E2 6ED)

Are your items one-of-a-kind? 

Many of our Vintage Reworx pieces are one-of-a-kind due to their unique nature. Once an item is sold, it may not be restocked. If you see something you love, we recommend purchasing it before it’s gone! Feel free to adjust any specific details or wording as needed!

Do you provide student discounts ?
